Who is The Big Oh! Box for?
Our box is for EVERYONE! The Big Oh! Box is designed to be sex positive and focused on how you play and not how you identify. We won’t put you in a box in order for you to enjoy our box.
Will everyone know what I am getting?
Your items ship in a discrete black box with no outer markings or stickers that indicate any branding. Additionally, the return shipping address on the box as well as the billing name are under “Passionate Ideas Inc” to maintain discretion.
What options do I have for toys?
During the sign up process you have the option to “Pick Your Pleasure” and you can choose the type of toy you would like sent every quarter. You can change your toy type later in your account —to get the most out of your subscription, we encourage you to!
The description of each type are as follows:
Vibe: Direct clitoral stimulation toy.
Dual Stimulation: Toy that simultaneously stimulates both the clitoris and vagina.
Backdoor: Gender neutral Items that are designed for use anally.
Stroker: Gender neutral toy designed for penis pleasure.
P-Spot: Toy that is designed to massage the prostate gland.
G-Spot: Internal erogenous zone for the vagina.
Will everyone be sent the same box?
Our goal is to have every box that is sent out to be the same but due to product limitation and availability, sometimes that will not be an option. The theme and quality; however, will always remain consistent across all subscriptions.
Can I change what type of toy I receive in my box?
Absolutely! Our goal is to provide you with products that make you say Oh! Go into your account settings and select a different option for your toy and we will start sending that type of toy next quarter. Follow this step by step guide to selecting a new pleasure:
Do I have to get a toy every box?
No. If you are a new subscriber you can select the “No Toy” option under the “Pleasure Type” drop down on the product page.
Current subscribers can log into their profile and select the “No Toy” option under “Change Pleasure Type”.
When am I billed?
You will be billed upon placing your first subscription order for that quarter’s box and will be billed again on the anniversary of your sign up date.
Example: Sign up July 23rd for a Quarterly With Oh! Friend and you will be billed 3 months later on October 23rd.
**Please note that if you signed up before 08/25/2016 your billing date will be the 1st of the month. If you would like to change that send an email to support@bigohbox.com**
When will my box ship?
Your box will ship the within three business days of placing your first box order; However, we strive to ship boxes out the next business day. Subsequent boxes will be shipped after a successful charge.
Occasionally boxes might incur a slight delay dependent on Holidays and delays caused by nature.
For United States customers we will use USPS unless noted otherwise. Please contact us or add your request in the notes section when checking out.
What is your return policy?
We offer an exclusive 30-day defective return policy. If you receive something that is defective send an email to support@bigohbox.com letting us know of the issue and we will replace that item.*
If you have a concern or are unhappy for any reason please email support@bigohbox.com and we can work together to resolve any issues. We will do our ABSOLUTE best to ensure your COMPLETE satisfaction.
*Due to limited stock and product availability there may be change to the item being be sent but it will be equal to or greater than the original purchase.
What do I do if I get a product that doesn’t work?
Our mission is to provide you with quality products, however, we understand that sometimes these things do happen. If you receive a toy that is damaged, broken or does not work, please contact us at support@bigohbox.com to resolve the matter.
Do you ship internationally?
We now ship WORLDWIDE!
Shipping to Canada, The United Kingdom, and Australia have a flat rate of 14.99 – 24.99 depending on the package size.
The rest of the world will incur a shipping charge of 49.99.
Our primary shipping carrier for international shipping is USPS but we will occasionally use UPS.
For international customers; There are typically extra charges associated with importing product when shipping internationally. Make sure to keep up to date with your countries import duties and taxes. To avoid any brokerage fees that can occur with UPS and other carriers please look into self-clearing packages. If you have a preference that is something other than USPS or if you prefer to not have UPS, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Orders outside of the US may incur additional shipping charges and there may be additional duties assessed for international deliveries based on the country of delivery’s determination of value in the customs clearance process.
Items in The Big Oh! Shop are currently only available for US shipping.
Do you offer lingerie?
No, at this time we do not feel that lingerie integrates with our vision for our subscription boxes.
Do I need to sign up each quarter to get my new box?
Nope! For convenience purposes, our subscription services automatically enroll you so that you get next quarters Big Oh! Box.
Do you have an option to suspend my subscription?
Absolutely we do! Just log into your account, click on your subscription, then click suspend. Your information will be saved with us so when you are ready to start recieving Big Oh! Boxes again just click reactivate.
What do I do if I want to cancel?
We’re sorry to hear this, please reach out to us at support@bigohbox.com if there is anything we can do to help. If you still feel the need to cancel, please log into your account settings and select “cancel subscription”. You can always subscribe again later!
What happens if I cancel on a billing date, such as April 1st?
In order to prevent from being billed and shipped a new quarter’s box, your subscription must be cancelled at least 2 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
